I ended up using the three entire envelopes in the pack because I did not really see much difference in the water reservoir (which is white and shows all buildup very clearly). After using the entire 8 or 9 bucks worth I guess it was better. I had used the coffee machine for 5 months prior. I recently purchased a three pack of Cleancaf Urnex and I won't be purchasing this product again. after three months of use my expresso machine I thought needed a cleaning, so I use one packet of urnex and although it did clean my machine, it left a bitter taste. even after 5 rinses. Perhaps my machine was too scaled when I attempted to use this product but it did absolutely nothing to help clean the scale from inside the unit. It also boasts that it is a natural product in the advertising but the box has scary warnings regarding the usage. This product works very well. One 'brew' with the cleaner and two brews with plain water to rinse, and the entire coffee maker looks like new. Wish the shipping didn't cost nearly as much as the product itself (which is why I went ahead and bought 2 boxes), but even so, it's worth the price.Customer Review: Good for SS mugs

I needed something to get the smell out of our SS thermos mugs that we drink Chai in. Since milk is involved the mugs took on a slightly unpleasant oder. The cleaner usually gets the smell out. You have to use more than directed, so to speak, but it works. Only need to use it once a month.
