At first I was disappointed because the item had the magnet on one side instead of in the middle and that made it tip to one side so it was essentially useless tipped halfway in between clean and dirty. I tried putting another magnet on but the thickness was not the same so it didn't help. I wrote this in my original review and I immediately received a message from the company that the item was being replaced. The next day I received the picture perfect magnet. This great little item helps keep the chore list organized and takes the guessing out of whether the dishwasher is clean or dirty! Thanks for the great customer service!!
