This was not the fantastic deal I thought I was getting. This is NOT Churchill china from England. It was made in another country. It looks similar, but does not have the original stamp on the bottom of the china.
The delivery was prompt, with a few chipped plates and a broken finical on the teapot.

Thanksgiving Turkey Multi Coloured dinnerware is produced by utilising the centuries old art of transfer printing from an original engravings which bring to life the Turkey which we all associate with the traditional Thanksgiving Holiday & celebrating Christmas. We at Churchill try to bring the best out in our designs by reproducing our ceramics the way our forefathers did in the 18th Century. Each Piece is processed and handled at least 50 times before it is finally made ready for our customers. This vintage feel is applied to all 47 Items in the Dinner Set for Eight, which consists of Eight complete place settings, perfect for either Casual or Formal Dining:- 10inch Dinner Plate, 7inch Bread & Butter Plate, 6inch Soup/Cereal Bowl, Tea Cups & saucers, 2 x Open Vegetable Dish 9.25" dia, 1 x Tea Pot 6 Cup 1 x Creamer, 1 x Covered Sugar Bowl. Manufactured in fine English Earthenware, Thanksgiving Turkey products are both Microwave & Dishwasher safe. This collection is endorsed by Churchill China with its 200 years of history in the manufacture of dinnerware for the home.This 47-piece dinnerware set is made of English earthenware and decorated with a traditional Thanksgiving motif that creates a vintage holiday atmosphere suitable for casual or fine dining. The pattern features a plump Thanksgiving turkey in the wild and is ringed with seasonal holiday foliage including blackberries, acorns, oak leaves, and simple wild rose blossoms. The design is based on original engravings and applied with the centuries-old technique of transfer printing in a detailed and multi-stepped process. The edges of the plates and cup are scalloped for additional visual appeal.
The set includes 8 place settings plus 5 serving pieces: 2 open 9-1/4-inch diameter vegetable dishes, a 6-cup covered teapot, a creamer, and a covered sugar bowl. Each place setting is comprised of 10-inch dinner plate, 7-inch bread and butter plate, 6-inch soup/cereal bowl, tea cup, and saucer.
