My family of (4) loves gathering in the kitchen to make homemade pizza. We've been using flat pita breads so everyone can customize their own. While that is fun too ... it's the Chicago style pizza that the kids beg to have! This pan is perfect and by the time you fill it up with all the ingredients, it could feed a family of (4) ... when the kids are 6 and 9! We cheat on the dough. A friend of mine suggested I check out the bakery at one of our local grocery stores (Pulbix). They have a chilled bag of dough you can buy for under $3. All you have to do is set it out at room temperature for about an hour before you create your perfect pie! Pan works great, spatula is sturdy and all are happy campers at dinner time! Enjoy!
