I've been using this Chicago Metallic baguette pan for 5 years, and it is simple and very effective. I use a standard 3-cup dough recipe that I develop in my bread machine, and this pan delivers great baguettes every time. As previous reviews have suggested, don't neglect a spritz of non-stick spray before putting the dough on the pan to rise.
