Customer Review: Best roasting pan I've ever owned

As our family members are all vegetarians, we tend to roast a lot of vegetables. In the past I used a heavy aluminum cookie sheet and usually had to reduce the cooking time to avoid burning. This meant that not all of the vegetables were cooked as much as they needed to be. This pan is heavy enough that I've never encountered that problem again. Vegetables are evenly roasted and become caramelized when that is the result I want. This is a really terrific pan.
