Customer Review: Fantastic for mini muffins of all kinds

This pan is used nearly every weekend to create toddler-sized breakfast muffins. No matter which recipe we use, the pan bakes evenly and washes up well. A previous review was critical of the shallow baking cups; however, we love the dimensions of the finished products. This pan makes wider muffins than most in the mini category. This won't be a problem with fans of the muffin top. I will be buying the uncoated pan in the standard size for the adults in the household. You can't go wrong with the traditional uncoated pans from Chicago Metallic. They are made to last a lifetime.
