I am slowly replacing all of my non stick cookware and doing so with the Chicago Metallic line. I have had their bread pans for over a year now and love them. The construction is heavy and can stand up to lots and lots of use. They don't warp like lessor pans when going from cold to hot or vice versa. In the usual Chicago Metallic style, this pan is very well built. Heavy, durable, won't warp in the oven. Yes, it costs more than the cheap ones, but this will perform much better and will last for a very long time. I haven't baked with these pans yet, but they stack nicely, and feel very durable. Chicago Metallic has a good reputation.
