Customer Review: Great pans at a great price!

I purchased these in June of 2010 after having dealt with pans that would pop and bend in the oven. Not exactly what you are looking for when using. :o)
I also purchased the Silpat (see below) liners that fit them - can I just say... I will never go back!
We use them to bake cookies, crackers, breads, cakes, pizza, and so much more, not to mention they are just darn handy to have after I've blanched green beans, etc. and need to lay stuff out for a quick freeze before bagging them up.
I've not tried to use them in the dishwasher, they clean up easily in the sink, usually it is just the sides that need a little work. If you allow them to soak for just a little while, even the sides are no problem.
When I make homemade pop-tarts I can usually get 8-10 on a tray with enough space in between to actually get them off the tray when done.
These are NOT non-stick, so yes, unless you use parchment paper or silicone liner like the Silpat (see below), you will have stuff that gets stuck and baked on. Soak it and it will eventually come off, but save the headache and use a liner of some kind. They are not light-weight, there is some heft to them, and since they are larger I store them right in my oven.
I assume from reading reviews that I got lucky - when my pair arrived there were no dents, and had no trouble getting off the labels. Always a good thing! :o)
The following are the Silpat liners that I purchased at the same time and use - and will never go back to cooking without them! I purchased liners.
