This is a great heavy duty pan. I have had no warping or problems with the finish. If taken care of this pan could last a long time. The heavy design distributes the heat evenly and efficiently. No matter what you decide to cook in this pan, from Pizza to Cake, you won't find another comparable pan for the money. A must have for deep dish Pizza.Customer Review: A great pan!

Just used my pan for the 1st time and the pizza came out fantastic. I thought the pan was too big when it arrived but it held a supermarket bought pizza dough just fine. I sprayed the pan and made the pizza cooking it on 450 degrees (I love my pizza crispy) and 1/2 hour later it was done. As a native Chicagoian with 2 years of chicago style deep dish making experience, this has been the best pan I've used. It makes a great deep dish, the crust is evenly cooked through which can be difficult for pizzas this size. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to make a REAL pizza ;)Customer Review: Awesome pizza

Definitely the best pizza pan, if you're looking to do a LARGE deep dish pizza, or stuffed pizza. Just a little oiling, and the pizza slid right out of the pan. Remember to have another pan ready to slide the pizza into for cutting, you don't want to damage your non-stick surface.Customer Review: Awesome

This is probably the most important piece of kitchen equipment that you need to make genuine Chicago deep dish pizza. As a misplaced Chicagoan living in the South, good pizza is hard to come by, much less a deep dish pie. So, if you need to make your own, this is the bomb!
