The product arrived in lightening speed and the ramekins are great but the pan rusted on my first time using it. That said I do like the wire tray but it makes the creme brūlée have to cook longer. I bought 2 of these sets and the wire rack on one does not fit quite right over the pan edges. As a result, the rack is a little skewed and the content of the ramekins ends up solidifying at an angle. Other than that, I can't really complain. What can I say? It is what it is....simple, convenient, practical and well priced. If you make souffles, pot de cremes, creme brulees, you need this in your house. I'm just waiting to see if they have one with 6 or 8 ramekins.
