I am happy with my new Cherry Finish Secretary Desk. It looks quite attractive and is incredibly light weight, which is what I wanted. It's not a terribly solid piece of furniture, but it does the trick, which is to serve as a desk, but to also look attractive when my office is used as a spare bedroom when we have guests. It could double up as a nice dressing table. The chair is functional, i.e. you can sit on it, though I wouldn't recommend doing so for long periods as it's not overly comfortable (or conducive to good posture). The fabric and padding are low quality and it's probably going to need replacing quite soon I think. I've had the items for about a month and within a week the cream fabric covering the chair started to look worn with little dark blue bobbles from my jeans. I can't really complain, though. It looks great, meets the requirements and was a TERRIFIC price, so I consider it to be great value for money.

Wouldn't this be a beautiful addition to your home? This elegant Queen Anne style writing desk is a delight with it's curved legs and smooth finish. The lovely cherry stain makes it a perfect addition to pieces you already have. The legs are made of solid wood and the table solid has a veneer. There is a drawer in the middle along with two ornamental handles an each side. Approximately: 42"L X 22"W X 30"H This item comes unassembled and some assembly is required.Kitchen and Housewares
