Customer Review: Seems to prevent mold on cheese

Years ago I heard that plastic wrap leeched carcinogens into fatty foods. With that, I started wrapping my cheese in traditional waxed paper, then putting it in a plastic bag in the fridge. But tradition waxed paper is made with paraffin, a petroleum product. So, when I discovered this paper, I thought I'd give it a try. It's much stiffer than normal waxed paper, but strangely it seems to suppress the growth of mold on cheese for quite awhile. In every other way it's the same (although is a nice natural brown color).
