I bought this to use with my crepe pan and ended up buying 2 more since everyone I have made crepes for has wanted ne as well.
Its much more flexible then a typical metal spatula yet not like a silicone baking one.
If you are into making crepes or just want to try making them, you just have to get one of these!!

This is perfect for the tiny pan we have that is just the size of one fried egg. Other turners are too large.
