Simply push down on the gray nylon frame or pull it up. The set consists of four sizes that cover most home baking needs: 1 cup, 1/2-cup, 1/3-cup, and 1/4-cup. The measurement size is embedded in the bottom of each cup and won't rub off over time.
Chef'n makes the SleekStor measuring cup sets in a choice of six bright colors, to match or wildly contrast with any kitchen décor. Pour boiling water into the cups or use one to skim soup without worry; the silicone is heat-resistant to 650 degrees F, and the nylon frame and handle to 400 degrees F. A clip that comes with the set slips through the handle holes and allows the set to be hung on a hook; and, of course, when the cups are collapsed flat, very little drawer space is taken up.
