Description of Chef'n Pepper Ball, Smoke Handles and Black Pads
The Chef'n PepperBall has an unusual, one-handed design unlike the typical hold-and-twist motion of most grinders. Two soft-grip handles squeeze together to activate the grinding mechanism. As a result, it takes less motion to grind the same amount of pepper as it would with a conventional grinder. In addition, shaped like a bunny head with two big floppy ears, the whimsical grinder livens up any table setting.The body of the PepperBall is constructed of sturdy, clear plastic, while the "rabbit-ear" handles consist of rubber grip pads. A durable metal grinder mechanism is adjustable to five coarseness levels--the small knob on the tool?s underside turns to the right for coarse, and the left for a finer grind. An easy-slide refill window on the side of the PepperBall makes replenishing the peppercorn supply a snap.
The tool comes with a smoke-gray counter stand that can also be used as a refill funnel. Chef'n also offers a matching Salt Ball. The Chef'n PepperBall comes filled with assorted peppercorns--black, white, green, and pink. It measures 6 inches high and 3-1/2 inches wide. --Garland Withers
