Description of Chef'n Kitchzen Slotted Spoon, Anthracite/Black

The slotted spoon?s asymmetrical bowl conforms to the curves of most pans. Slots allow excess oil or liquid to drain away as food is scooped from the pan, while the handle is slightly offset for a better wrist angle. The Kitchzen slotted spoon is safe for use with nonstick cookware, and is heat-resistant up to 400 degrees F.

The slotted spoon's handle is rubberized for a comfortable, stable grip, and has an eyelet for hanging on a utensil rack. All Kitchzen cooking spoons and turners are dishwasher-safe, though, since they themselves are nonstick, even hand-washing is easy.
