What I like about these liners: A> Reusable, B> NonStick (Chocochip cookies come right off), C> Keeps Sheet Pan Clean (reduces washing), D> Easy to Clean (soap, hot water, sponge optional). When I got the liners, I thought they were a bit thin, but after using them, I can see that they work great.
I have 2 really nice half-size sheetpans, so I bought 4 liners. The idea was that I would put 2 liners in, and 2 liners on the counter. While the first batch of cookies are baking I can prep the next batch on the counter. When the sheet pans comes out of the oven I just have to carefully swap the liners and they go right back in. So far so good.
