Eclipse premium non-stick interior in roaster and cover. Brown foods on the rangetop then cover and finish cooking in the oven. Stay-cool polished stainless steel handle on cover riveted for security and are oven safe. High sides make the roaster suitable for braising, stewing and slow cooking with liquids. Roaster works equally well in the oven or on the rangetop. Exclusive high dome with dimples in self-basting cover. Interior dimensions: 13 1/2" x 9 1/4" x 4 3/4".
