Got my Pizzelle maker just before Christmas. Made the most delicious cookies. I love it. They are small and can be rolled into little cannolli shells. Will keep the machine out all year and when I have the urge to make pizzelles it will be handy. Also the recipes in the book that comes with it is excellant. Very easy to use. I purchased this unit in Nov. 2010 without much knowledge of making pizzelles.
I've used it several times and it has worked nicely. I've used the recipe inside the owner's manual,
except I used a third of the 150 pizzelle recipe and made lemon, rum & orange flavored pizzelles.
(but used more of the flavorings in the recipe.) They can get additive! This unit wins my approval
and I'd recommend it.

I purchased a Chef's Choice 835 Pizzelle maker a year ago. It works great. I haven't had any problems with it. In fact, I liked it so much that I purchased a second one so I could make the pizzelle's faster! The whole setup and baking time for one maker is about an hour per batch. The Chef's Choice Pizzelle Pro Express Bake is fast, and very easy to use and clean. The measuring spoon and ready light take the guess work out of making perfect three cookies at a time. The thickness of each cookie is consistent, because of the fastener clip. I have used two other manufacturer pizzelle grills and found the Chef's Choice is far superior and reasonably priced.Customer Review: MUST HAVE !!!

I thought I couldn't live without my Cuisinart or Kitchen Aide - this product goes on the same list!!! This was the easiest, best performing kitchen "gizmo" I have ever had. A must for entertaining and holiday baking - simple, easy - no mess! Gone are the days with the "one at a time" with the gas burner!! Love it, love it!!!
