The whisk itself was lovely, made from a single piece of bamboo and very delicate. The scoop was not what I expected because halfway through my order, the picture for this item changed. I was expecting the traditional, long flat chashaku, but I received a small bamboo spoon that looks like the one in the new picture. It still works,but I was hoping for the traditional one. There was a problem with shipping, but Amazon Customer Service was very helpful and nice. I contacted the seller, but never heard from them.
