This 5-3/4-quart rectangular roaster has a gorgeous, high-quality German-made enameled interior and exterior that are resistant to chipping and fading, easy to clean, and encased in stainless-steel rims for added durability. In addition, the nonporous enamel won't absorb food odors or flavors. A heavy-gauge carbon steel core gives the pan substantial heft and heats up faster than ordinary cookware. Measuring 9 by 13-by 3 inches, this pan is large enough to roast chicken, turkey, beef, or pork or bake large family dishes, such as lasagna, enchiladas, or scalloped potatoes and ham. This roasting pan is safe for the oven, broiler and, in the event that there are leftovers, the freezer. In addition, this cookware is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
