The title pretty much covers it. No spout screen to catch leaves, no fancy sure-loc lid, just a really cute, but not cutesy teapot in a stonewear material that looks like it will NOT break easily. A hard working everyday teapot in a bunch of cheery colors - what else could you want?

Tea is the drink of neighbors and nations around the world. Whether sharing a cup with a friend or sipping a cup yourself, Chantal's Ceramic Teapot is the perfect choice. Classic in style it blends with most tableware. All Chantal ceramics have a non-porous glaze that won't react with flavors. 3/4 quart, dishwasher safe and lead and cadmium-free. Not recommended for stovetop use.This 3/4-quart tea pot serves tea for two or brews a single pot for the serious tea drinker. The plain design and vibrant color goes with many of Chantal?s stoneware tea mugs and complements most other tableware. Made of high quality stoneware, the tea pot provides excellent heat retention to keep water warm at the table. In addition, the pot has a nonporous, lead- and cadmium-free glaze that won?t retain tea odors. A smooth, hand-sanded bottom ensures that the tea pot?s underside won?t scratch countertops or dining tables. As with all of Chantal?s high-quality ceramicware, this pot can go into the dishwasher without cracking, crazing, or fading in color.
