Customer Review: Pretty good for the price

I love herbal tea, and I had been looking for a little tea pot since I'm the only one in my house that drinks it. After looking through the selections and the prices I chose this one because of the little blurb about it and it was cute.
I like that you can pick your color and it has a locking lid.
I gave it three stars for two reasons. First and foremost, after a half an hour the tea in the pot is cold. I thought, from the blurb, that it was suppose to retain the heat. I was hoping for more than ten minutes, but no. If you want that you can steep your tea in a pyrex cup with a lid on top and it holds the heat longer. That was the big reason for only three stars.
Second, because the spout is so short it dribbles when you pour it, so you'll want to hold a napkin as you pour so it doesn't go on the table.
Other than that, if you're going to drink your tea quickly and you pour fast, you're set. I like it, I just think it could have been a little better. Eventually I will start looking for a better one and this will go on the shelf as the 'cute little' teapot.

All Chantal ceramic have a non-porous glaze that won't react with flavors. Dishwasher safe, led and cadmium-free.
