Customer Review: a whole lot better than it looks!!!

i ordered this as a toy for my 2 year old cat and had it shipped to my mom's house as at my place there's hardly ever anybody home to receive a package.When i came to collect it, my mom had opened the parcel and so came at me with the bill/receipt in one hand and the little plastic bag containing the toy in the other and started screaming " 8 $ for THIS ??!! For a PIECE OF WIRE ????" ( the item itself is less than 2$ but even with standard shipping it comes to around 7 or 8 $).Boy did i get it !!!"what a waste of money, what a rip-off!No wonder you never have any money spending it on this sort of trash etc. etc. etc"
Well i must say, it did look kinda like "nothing"...just a flimsy piece of wire about a yard long with 1 or 2 small pieces of cardboard on each end.I wasnt surprised about this however as i had carefully read all the other buyers' comments before making the purchase: they said it looked flimsy, that it looked like nothing, and seemed very expensive at the price asked.... BUT they also said that ,to their surprise, their cats had LOVED it and had gone crazy for this simple piece of wire !!
And guess what ??? When i got home, my cat just went nuts for it, she wouldnt stop playing with it, running around in circles, bounding in the air:great fun and exercise!
And yet most cat toys dont work well with my cat, she's pretty difficult! (the only other thing that ever worked was the bird feathers on the end of a fishing pole).
So dont be put off by the toy's flimsy appearance, believe me ive already gotten my 8 dollar's worth in one evening!
