My Australian Shepherd mix has very thick fur, but this soft t-shirt costume fit him comfortably. He refused to wear the headpiece, but even without that he got rave reviews from the Halloween crowd. A bonus is the fact that it is a low-maintenance costume---just slip it on and you're done; much better than other years where we spent half the night adjusting and re-adjusting the outfit we had on him. I bought this costume for my dog. I was worried that it may not fit his since he is 90 lbs and very stocky. It fit perfectly and he was so cute on Halloween. I bought a second one for my other dog. It is make very well. I bought a similar costume the year before and the size ran small and it wasn't made well, so I was very pleased when I bought this one. The product looked exactly as displayed in the picture. However, I wasn't able to put it on my dog. Even though she is a small Great Dane and the shirt fit around her, it was not long enough for her.
