I haven't actually seen this product but I got three of them: one for my Mom, one for my Mother-in-Law, and one for my Grandma-in-Law. They loved them and have used them on several occasions and have not had any complaints. It does not come with a heat source so you have to buy one. My Mom lives in the middle of nowhere and had no trouble getting the fuel for it so I don't think it would be so hard to find it. It was a great find! Wish I would have gotten one for myself!
