My daughter has an older model which I have used and really liked so when our old Bosch died I bought the new model. Not sure what Capresso has done but it is not good. If you can find the old model buy it but save your money if all you can find is the new model.Customer Review: Bad Coffee

This is a costly coffee maker and it is not worth the money. It does not heat up the water sufficiently to make a good cup of coffee, and then the carafe does not maintain what heat there is. The carafe drips terribly. I am in the process of replacing it.Customer Review: Easy to use

Most coffee makers make it difficult to add water. Gets on coffee or spills. This is great for right or left handed individuals, no problem. Brews quickly . Also has a nice wide top so that you can get your hand in to clean.Customer Review: Love it!

Performs wonderfully. The carafe keeps the coffee warm for a long time. It is nice not to have to worry about turning the machine off when we leave.
And, most importantly, the coffee is excellent!

Actually makes and keeps coffee hot. More flavor than other coffee makers. Just be sure to tempur the pot and your mug. Finally great coffee without using my press.
