When I first bought this product (the coffe machine included, I mean), I was a bit skeptical with the manufacturing promises. But then one day I forgot to put the thermal milk container in the fridge and head to the gym and continue with my errands.... I didn't even notice/realise that it still sits in my kitchen table until later that afternoon and said "Oopps...I've ruined the whole jug of milk". But voila...the milk still reasonably cold and I can put back to the fridge and use it the next day. No problem....I love this product!
