Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Capresso 4440.90 3-pack Charcoal Water FiltersCustomer Review: may use these in lieu of KitchenAid 3-pc. Charcoal Filters Summary: 5 Stars
Since KitchenAid has shamefully discontinued their 3-pc. Charcoal Filters KCMCF essential for their coffee makers, you can easily use these Capresso 4440.90 3-pack Charcoal Water Filters instead; they're a perfect fit! Just save and reuse the little black plastic filter holder and replace the white filter packs inside. Thank you Capresso!
Customer Review: Capresso Charcoal Water Filters Summary: 5 Stars
I have been buying these filters for about 5 years and was so happy to find them on the amazon site. Capresso has not been an easy company to buy products from. They didn't have a web site for the longest time and once they did, it was very cumbersome to find the right item and then make a purchase. The pricing was good on amazon as well.
Customer Review: A must have Summary: 5 Stars
I have 2 capresso MT-500 and this is a must-have for good coffee, if you have a maker where these fit. It is true that charcoal filters remove some of the natural flavors of water, but it also removes a crapload of the bad stuff and chlorine and stuff that politicians thinks it is smart to put in the tap water...
Customer Review: Capresso Water Filters Summary: 5 Stars
We've used the Capresso Coffee Maker for the last twelve or so years and the charcoal water filters do exactly what you'd like them to do: filter the water before making the coffee. We change them on the first of each month and believe that they make a big difference in the taste of our coffee.
Customer Review: Size matters Summary: 2 Stars
I searched for the filters for my coffee maker by looking for the coffee maker and seeing what Amazon 'suggested' people buy with it...big mistake. The filters are the wrong size. There's probably nothing wrong with the filters, but since SIZE MATTERS, I can't tell you for sure. Happy searching!
