Customer Review: definitely extra large, but absolutely no structure

I bought one of these, and if it wasn't such a complicated process to return, i would have. First off, let's be real: it's NOT a "box." It's an extra-large, all-canvas, square bag with a zipper. The size is actually very good, and it would look good too, except that it's just a bag with a zipper on top. Meaning, it has absolutely no structure whatsoever. Nothing to make the sides stand up or the bottom to stay square. Nothing. If you don't fill absolutely to the brim (which was pretty hard for me -- did i mention it's really big?) and absolutely evenly, it will crumple on top and look really awful. I guess that's not so bad if you put it in a closet, but then you might as well get a plain old plastic bag (those new hefty XXL's anyone?). It also will be impossible to stack anything on top of it, because, did i mention, it's just a bag. I know i'm harping, but I was really disappointed. The one good thing is the size, so if you have a lot of stuff that will stack up evenly (maybe a lot of extra linens?), this might work just fine for you.
