I got these for the 5 minute bread baking...
One for me, one for the girlfriend... all in a single set. Had no issues with residue or anything like that. The lids actually fit tighter than what I was hoping. Does not seem 100% airtight, but they do fit pretty tightly.
I think they are well made and should last for many years, if not for my lifetime.
I bought it from another vendor, and they were not shrink wrapped as the picture would suggest. Basically charged a lot for shipping and 2 loose containers were through into a box. That does not reflect the product at all though. If you can buy it via amazon vs a secondary vendor.
You might also be able to get a better deal buying locally at a restaurant supply house.
