Customer Review: A very nice colander

I chose the Calypso colanders because I have open cabinets in my kitchen where everything shows and I wanted something besides plastic or stainless. These come in beautiful colors and look great stacked in the different sizes. I think they would look nice hung up, also. They are a tiny bit on the heavy side but they also sit up high in the sink so if you dump out something like pasta, with a lot of liquid, you don't end up with the bottom of the colander flooding with sink water. That's just a pet peeve of mine but it makes me feel like the food is dirty.
Some have reported chipping of the powder coating but I am careful not to bang them together when I stack them and I haven't had any trouble with that.
