I was thinking for some time to buy a Calphalon product and found this one at a reasonable price here. Sadly I am not really impressed, I just don't find a big advantage to regular coated saute pans. My bechamel sauce burned (the milk!!), and I had a real hard time to clean that pot. I tried not to use pot scrubbers and soaked it for numerous hours to get that caked on stuff off the bottom. I certainly will not exchange my pots and pans for Calphalon. When using these pots consider that they get hotter than normal or non-stick cookware.
