Customer Review: My new favorite pan

Living in a small apartment with an electric stove and barely any countertop makes it hard to find one of those larger griddles for making grilled cheese, pancakes, etc. I found this and immediately went "ooh!" and bought it. I'm so glad I did! This little griddle is so versatile - so far I've made pancakes, grilled cheese, reubens, omelettes (it makes PERFECT omelettes!!), crepes, and a frittata - which was able to go right into the oven to get a nice browned top to it. We have a 10" round glass lid from another pot in the calphalon line, and it fits perfectly on top of this without touching the food, thanks to the small lip on the sides. And it's so easy to clean - wipe it out with a paper towel and put it away. Another bonus for someone who has no dishwasher!
