Fine, so this is not the best stuff on earth. I do think it is good enough in a practical sense.The pan does not heat up as fast as some of the top-of-the-line calphalon or all-clad stuff. However, it is pretty good compares to other similar products
If one uses the proper utensil and cleaning method, the non-stick surface shouldn't be a problem. Clean up is pretty easy.
It may not be as heavy or bullets proof as some other pans, but I tend to think of it as an advantage. Personally, I don't feel like grabbing a 10 LB weight-lifting piece of steel every time I want to cook an egg. I hate wrestling with a heavy pan in the kitchen sink just to get it clean.
The heat up is fast, the clean up is easy, it's easy to handle, and the price is cheap. For your day-to-day cooking task, this pan is plenty.

Designed to cook and fold omelets, this shallow, slope-sided pan from Calphalon's inexpensive, medium weight aluminum Pots & Pans line also serves as a frying and sautéing pan. The pan has a nonstick interior and a matte-finish, hard-anodized exterior for hardness and durability. A raised-dot pattern inside its bottom lifts food above the surface so air circulates and moisture evaporates, resulting in better browning. A synthetic grip permanently molded onto a riveted, stainless-steel handle stays cool on the stovetop and is notched for hanging on hook or peg. This pan is oven-safe to 375 degrees F. To care for this pan, hand wash it with mild detergent, scour it with plastic or nylon scrubbers, and use nylon, plastic, or wooden utensils to preserve the interior.
