I am NOT Disappointed in this Product.
We Love it.
Easy to Clean.
Leaves the desired Grill lines I was looking for on the Food I Cook.
It does not come with a Press, so I was able to use the press that came with a Square Pan I received as Gift.
It would be Great if it was sold with a companion Press.
We use this Pan at least 3 times a Week.

I used this grill pan for about two months. Then I had to dump it because I was not able to clean the "non-stick" surface from meat burn-outs and other stuff. My wife used to turn the range on "HIGH" for grilling so probably it also contributed to the short lifespan of this product. Instruction booklet advised to use the pan with low to medium temperature range.Customer Review: Great product and company

Grills very well. Food does not stick. Clean up is very easy. As close as you can get to an outdoor grill while still inside.
Have other Calphalon products as well, and have had fantastic experience with their customer service. Nice to find a company that actually cares about its customers.

We are pleased with the purchase process and the product. It is well made and of high quality. My only complaint is that clean up was tougher than I had expected. After cooking a steak the char and grease gets stuck in the groves. Not a big problem but I'd prefer easier clean up like when using Teflon.Customer Review: calphalon 11 in non stick grill pan

Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 11-Inch Square Grill Pan I love love this pan-so versatile and so easy to clean. I keep it on my stovetop all the time.
I even use it to toast my bread!
