I am writing based on my experience with the general purpose "turners" i.e. the thing you use to flip burgers and pancakes (*). I think all the tools will work well since the turner gets the most use under worse case conditions and it is a great tool. Calphalon also makes other non-stick tools, but they simply don't work as well as the ones called Kitchen Essentials available here and in Target stores.
Something about the material keeps these working well to 450 dgrees as stamped on the tool. Every other non-stick tool (nylon) is rated to 400 degrees. Unlike nylon however, they don't seem prone to melting as easily. These also seem even easier to clean than the nylon ones. A well designed product for every day use.
(*) Kitchen Essentials sells a "pancake turner" however, I found it way too big. The general purpose turner (non-slotted, no holes) will work great for just about anything that needs to be flipped or stirred around in a frying pan.
