The roaster looks like a cheap imitation of my other Calphalon Commercial NonStick cookware. I have about 20 pieces and I have been very happy with everything until now. The roaster itself is very thin and light--not heavy gauge like normal Calphalon Commercial NonStick. The handles are flimsy and the rivets are not of the same quality I am used to. The pan will actually flex under light pressure. The rack is not nonstick and I imagine it's a nightmare to clean. The "lifters" are very cheap construction and don't look like they can lift a chicken, much less a turkey. The baster/injection needle is fair. Overall, I am very disappointed in this purchase and I would advise anyone interested in it to look at it in a retail store before you buy.

Made of heavy-gauge anodized aluminum, the pan is harder than steel and conducts heat evenly whether it's baking lasagna or caramelizing a roast's pan juices. The nonstick interior is exceptionally rugged and durable. The pan's riveted, cast-stainless-steel handles stand straight up for easy handling and are large enough to accommodate oven mitts. The rack has its own set of large handles and is coated with nonstick so it won't pull off pieces of a bird's browned skin. The bulb baster's injector tip can be used to squirt flavoring deep into a fowl or roast. The lifters each have four curved prongs for sliding under a turkey or roast so it can be easily removed from the rack and placed on a carving board or serving platter.
