You can really tell that this pan was made in the USA. The finish is far superior to the other Calphalon products I have that where made in China. It also comes in a real Calphalon box,not a white one. That said its a wonderful all around saucier,dutch oven,everthing pot.Goes from the stove to the oven,then is an easy clean up. Its the perfect size to cook pasta.Not to large not to small.Its a pleasure to cook with. And worth much more than what Amazon charges.Get it, you will not be disapointed.Customer Review: the best 30 bucks i have ever spent

i am a recent convert to calphalon cookware. earlier i cudnt ever figure out why i needed to spend $30 on one piece of cookware alone.
but use calphalon once and u can never go back.
the calphalon commercial line is awesome. the pan has weight to it it is hard anodized on the exterior and has a nonstick interior coating. the pan heats up really fast and i have seen that it retains heat amazingly well.
i have a ceramic cooktop it sits perfectly flat on my burner.
clean-up is a breeze with good old dawn and warm water

We have most of this set. Just needed the large saucier to replace our 5 quart t-fal pot. This thing is huge!!!!! I love the commercial line because it is heavier and seems to be of better quality than the classic line. The price of 49.99 was off the hook!!! I checked other sites and they wanted 3-4 times as much. Customer Review: This the absolutely LAST POT! I swear.... ;0))

I didn't think I could possibly find another Calphalon pan I couldn't resist, but alas, I caught a one day sale, and simply HAD to have this one...
How fitting it arrived on Valentine's day, cause I think I am in love... This saucier is of the typical heavy excellent quality as my others, AND it will fit in my counter top oven (WalMart GE curved glass door model). It is even stamped Toledo.... This will be the perfect "start on the stove and finish in the small oven" pot...
If you need a size reference, it is the same diameter as the 10" everyday pan and skillet - which means your Calphalon Contemporary glass lids will fit... I find that a major bonus for stove top cooking...
