Summary: 5 Stars
This 9" skillet with lid is just the right size for smaller meals for two. It can stick if not "prepared" properly, which means heating a bit of butter in it and when that bubbles, wiping it up. I do not do that. I cook with organic coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil or almond oil, also butter, depending on the taste I want, adding soy sauce and herbs to have a sauce. All ingredients are first slowly warmed up in the pan, then cooked in the covered pan so that the vegetables still colorful and fresh looking. Meats are precooked or cut smaller. All is turned a few times, which makes for a healthy and delicious meal. I have cooked with natural ingredients for many years and we are both thin and have no heart disease. Vera Cousins
