Customer Review: I'll never own other bakeware!

This angel food pan is certainly the best I've ever owned. I was so tired of making what had the potential to be a great cake, only to have half of it left in the pan, despite my best efforts. Since buying my first piece, I've cleaned my cabinets of all my old bakeware, and replaced everything with Calphalon.This is as close to perfect as you can get with an angel food cake pan. You should definitely follow Calphalon's directions when they say prep the pan as you would any other, and follow the cake recipe as though this were not a non-stick pan. That is the only way you are going to have the easy slide-out.
Take note of the fact that you can't stack Calphalon - make sure you've got the room to store it, and are prepared to take the time to care for it properly. (Paper towels in between)
Also, you cannot put it in the dishwasher. This is a very important point when it comes to Calphalon.
Again, make sure you read the use and care instructions.
You will never need to own another cake pan again.
