Great spoon/scraper/stirrer for working in pots and pans that you're afraid of scratching. I was worried about how it might hold-up for scraping browned bits off the bottom of a cast-iron skillet, but I'm happy to report that it's doing great. It has become my go-to tool when making a pan sauce or deglazing fond.
