These are the highly rated cooling racks recommended by a leading cooking magazine and test kitchen. I use these cooling racks to cool cookies after baking with my All Clad Ovenware 14 Inch x 17 Inch Baking Sheet. I just slide the cookies on the parchment paper off the cookie sheet and onto these cooling racks, then onto my Baker's Mate Organizing Rack. These cooling racks will also fit inside a standard baker's half sheet but will not fit inside an All Clad Ovenware 12 Inch x 15 Inch Shallow Baker because the inside is not the same size as a standard half sheet (about 13" X 18").
I like that the grid spacing is small so any food I need to place on these racks should not fall between the grids.
PROS:
The center feet give extra support to the center of the rack so it won't sag under the weight of heavy food.
CONS:
None that I can think of.
