After some irritation with not getting the ideal froth from my new espresso machine I read that having one of these puppies is a must. I havent had a bad froth since and this thing works like a charm. It registers temp changes almost immediately and has a great temperatire guide on the storage sleeve.Customer Review: Good Product.

Worked great for what I needed it for, steaming milk, that is until I wasn't paying attention and let the milk boil over and the thermometer got too hot and broke. Definitely going to get another one though and I am going to be more careful next time.Customer Review: excellent product

This thermometer makes a fool-proof method of getting the right temperature for frothing drinks like cappucino. It registers as low as 100 degrees so you can use it to know when to start lowering the frothing wand for optimum froth.Customer Review: Perfect.

Easy to read. The critical temp for frothing is labeled in red. The rim clamp works well. One con....the sleeve is not marked as shown....no big deal for me...I use this for milk frothing.Customer Review: Very good for the price. Not perfect for high altitudes.
