Customer Review: AMAZING PRODUCT- complicated directions.

This is an AMAZING product~ perfect for the tea perfectionist like me, but I haven't even used it yet and already know that the directions leave a lot to be desired.:
1.) It suggests "1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea per cup" (or 1.75 grams), but the industry standard is actually 2.25 grams per 6 ounces of water.
2.) The settings for the 18 types of tea are abbreviated and I can't figure out some of them.
3.) Amazon claims it "can be custom programmed for creative tea concoctions", but it says nothing about that function in the directions.
... I called the company that makes this and it CAN NOT "be custom programmed for creative tea concoctions", which unfortunately is the main reason I bought it.
