I was in the market for a brush to clean decanters, wine glasses, champagne glasses, and bottles. The set works perfect and I would expect it to last a long time. They are made of a sponge type material but does not absorb water. It basically has the properties of a brush and a sponge.

Nice set of brushes. The decanter brush is worth the price of the set, since it's about the only way to get a decanter really clean. The other brushes are made from the same material, and it seems to be absorbent but doesn't hold excess water...easy to dry by shaking and letting set out.Customer Review: not so great

I purchased this kit to help clean out my decanter. The spongy material is not absorbent at all, so I still end up with water spots on the inside of the decanter. The long brush is marginally useful, the other two are useless.Customer Review: No more breaking glasses!

I love these brushes! I can't tell you how many glasses have slipped out of my hand and broke while washing them. No More! These brushes make it so much easier to clean wine glasses.
