Customer Review: Looks can be deceiving.

although the color of this mug is considered to be "sunshine", it is not even close. it looks bright and cheery, which a person would want to see in the morning, before departing to a job site, or perhaps to the in-laws' before a nice holiday meal, but if purchased for that reason, the owner will be most disappointed. I perused many mugs, including all of the many colors of these mugs (and there are many) trying to choose the very best. I fiiinally chose this one and was most excited about my choice, until I opened the UPS box to reveal a hard plastic gripped, barely yellow (let alone any color that may be compared to any form of natural light) travel mug that works well. what baffled me most is that on the clear plastic package there is a picture of all of the mugs in their many colors, including "sunshine", and they were just as bright and pretty as I had expected mine to be.
verdict: good mug, poor presentation and even poorer ONLINE REPRESENTATION.
