Customer Review: Brugo Travel Mug - Does it do what it says?

The mug itself is visually appealing and this is why it gets the one star.
The selling feature of this mug is that it has an extra chamber that cools coffee to a drinkable temperature. Whoever has a problem of keeping coffee "cool" in a thermos mug?
The Brugo Mug does NOT keep coffee WARM. This is a far more basic requirement than keeping it cool and it simply fails to do this.
The other major fault is the "lock" position simply DOES NOT WORK. When in the lock position, liquid flows as freely as the tip and sip position. It is useless.
For this type of money to have the 2 basic requirements of a travel mug unfilfilled is just not good enough.
It does not keep liquid warm and it spills all over the place if not kept up right.
