This is a follow-up from a previous review. I had ordered 4 bowls (2- 2 packs). One of the bowls was broken, so I mailed it back and posted a comment on this website. The day after I posted the comment, someone from Chefs.com called me, apologized and said she would 2-day delivery me another set of 2 bowls. I got home from work two days later and was amazed that the package was there. Such service...and when I opened the outer box, there was a ton on packing popcorn and bubble wrap. Unfortunately, I opened the interior box (packed by the manufacturer) and one of the lids was broken.
I completely recommend that you buy french onion soup bowls from Chefs.com, but not these ones. Inferior packing from the product manufacturer resulted in broken bowls...twice in a row. However, Chefs.com has outstanding customer service and did everything they could. I truly believe this is a problem from with the manufacturer...
